Modified Starches
We supply a wide range of clean label starches, including modified starches to be used as thickening agents, stabilisers or emulsifiers. They are process stable and suitable for different types of manufactured food - ambient, chilled and frozen. Our starches are phosphte free, are available for both hot and cold preparation and include cold water swelling starches.

Our modified starches are derived from maize, waxy maize, potato and tapioca and are sourced direct from our accredited manufacturing partners.
